Membership privacy notice

We collect the following information for owner registration and verification. Your application is not automatically published in the public directory.

Information collected

Email, name, business name, category, area, owner role, business phone, consent timestamp and registration/approval records. Supabase Auth handles passwords and authentication sessions; passwords are not stored in HaninSpot membership tables.

Purpose and visibility

Used for sign-in, account management, owner verification and access to member services. Applications are available to you and authorized operators, not other members or visitors.

Business operations tools

When you use operations tools, your employee names, roles, assigned shifts, schedules, completion records, income, expenses, vendors, notes and receipt attachments are stored in the Supabase database and private file storage. Records are separated by author account and connected business, and are not shown to other members or on public business pages. Losing owner approval or business connection blocks access but does not automatically delete records. Delete records in the tools or request deletion using the contact below.

Storage and deletion requests

Authentication and membership data are stored in Supabase. Data is retained while needed to operate your membership. Send correction, deletion or consent-withdrawal requests to hello@haninspot.com. Authentication may be shared with other services, so HaninSpot membership deletion is handled separately from deletion of a shared sign-in account.

Consent

You may decline consent, but owner registration and verification require this information. You can browse the public directory without an account.
